Q66oo is super $uck i would say
its very hard to get all em' cores stable

sometimes after almost 8hrs suddenly 1 cores failed while stressed.. -.-

Just got the crucial ram today but the oc result is kinda disappointing... doh.gif

system specs:

E6750 G0 (now 3.5ghz vcore1.55) with stock cooler. sweat.gif
Abit IP35E
Crucial ballistics 2x 1gb DDR2 800 (now 525mhz 5-5-5-15 2T 2.0v)
SST ST50F 500w psu

i cant even pass 3.6ghz with 1.61vcore.... shakehead.gif
*
walao, already reach 3.5Ghz arr.. nice result there bro, syabas

wonder is 3.5Ghz pass stress or just for benchmark? smile.gif

u should tell us more about ur system i guess
processor and ram u r using?? and the OC-ing
*
QUOTE(kmarc @ Nov 13 2007, 03:09 AM)
When stressing the CPU? You're using small FFT right? That will fail if your CPU OC is not stable....
*
QUOTE(wodenus @ Nov 13 2007, 03:15 AM)
Mine failed because the voltage was too low. Increasing the DRAM voltage by 0.1v and the VCore by a bit more solved it (or solved it as far as I ran it, it got to 73c and I had to stop it.)
*
aiyooo.. this is not the answer im l0oking for.. zzZZzz

im runin' blend stress, b4 iteration 8K, it was 1024k passed, only when i move to 8K, its goin' unstable

so im wondering which need more juice, cpu or ddr?? i mean the main reason for the failed 8k iteration

i think ur cpu might need more juice...u can either up ur vcore or lower down a bit the oc...and see how.
the blend test (if i'm right) is to test both the cpu and ddr at the same time with the same FFT length...the big one is mainly targeted for ddr and small one mainly targeted for the cpu...but the blend test will run either small or big on both the cpu and ddr...so, i guess if u got the error at 8k, might be the cpu is the culprit...so, my best bet is ur cpu lah...
*
thanks man, i need the answer like this.. u da man thumbup.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

i am currently using this setting (need advice)

VCORE-1.45
MCH1.5V-1.65
DDR2V-1.95
*
not bad i would say, but if u wanna get higher clock, need to change ur stock cooler to better one

if i change the stock cooler..do i need to adjust the VCORE,MCH n DDR?
*
if u going for higher clock definitely u have to adjust those mentioned value accordingly

but the advantage, u processor temp would been lower compared to stock HSf laugh.gif
