Finally received the Magic Keyboard. Overall is good but honestly too heavy and bulky for me.

Mine is 11”. Bulkiness is still acceptable for me, but it is really heavy. I can’t imagine how heavy it is on a 12.9”.

Haha no. I just don’t want to have so many cables around me so I just use the same cable for my iPad and phone.

Yeah, my brother is using MBP 13”, he also feel the iPad is heavier than his MBP after added the case.

I haven’t tried to charge thru keyboard yet, but in MKBHD video shows:
1 hour charge thru keyboard +42%
1 hour charge thru iPad +60%

Indeed it’s slower thru keyboard.


Yeah, this is what he told me.
I am personally using 2015 MBA. For me, I feel it is about the same weight with my MBA, or just a little lighter.

Used for past few hours and feel that it consume a little more battery than just iPad, not that significant.

And a lot of magnets haha...
