First day WFH under this Restricted Movement Order. Tough! Keep getting distracted, like cook lunch already need to clean up and wash the dishes. (Wanted to order delivery but waiting time too long edi)

How's everyone doing?

Working in office today as well.
Apparently my company's HR has confirmed with the government, we semiconductor manufacturing factories can continue operating during the movement restriction but with reduced volume.
So I'll be working 5 days in the factory, 5 days from home.
Looking forward to catching up on some series while I reply emails. biggrin.gif

Plantation sectors operating as normal. Since plantation working, mills also need to work as well. Btw, I worked inside a palm oil mill.

All the major VPN vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Pulse Secure etc) are giving free extra licenses to all existing customers.
I forsee this order to continue and/or extend beyond 2 weeks so you might want to ask your support people to look into this

Thanks for sharing. Might share this to my boss if the situation is getting worse.

Even we manage to get the license, it is still up to Management and IT to decide whether to implement or not. Also knowing my company's IT ppl, they don't like to do extra works.

So far so good, thankfully my VPN, Skype and emails are working fine. Team is able to work remotely as well and asides from the expected lull in deliverables.

Staying at home has its pros and cons - I seem to focus better when I'm at the office though.
