This I have asked, between TM and other ISP, they agree 80% of expected speed
and TM not plan to give any extra speed to non-Unifi.

This might change when non-Unifi stuck at GPON meanwhile Unifi move to faster PON

and they can handle downloading tasks just fine

note, downloading on your client devices, not using the router as a downloader

as for adguard... 128mb might be rough?
consider running it on something else like a raspberry pi instea
