Hi guys. Just pre-ordered mine. Hope to get it soon as it ships on 19th Sept.
Being a Fold 1 user, the Fold 2 is a must-buy! 😁
And congratulations to Sonyclie77 for pre-ordering too. 🥶

Alamak. Forgot to reply you guys earlier. Cause didn’t track this topic. My bad. 🙏🏼
QUOTE(xisan @ Sep 11 2020, 11:57 AM) Yup, everything you hate on Fold 1 is all there in Fold 2. I really hate the small screen at the front. Now it's full, damn it looks great. Well said, bro. If Fold 1 had a larger outer screen, I would just keep using my Fold 1 this round. 😅QUOTE(suilow1991 @ Sep 11 2020, 12:03 PM) Hi, can know this one is choose to ship directly to house from samsung online shop or collection at samsung experience stores? I checked senheng website ETA 22 Sept. So means samsung site may be faster? I chose to ship directly to me from Official Samsung Online Store. You can notice that my Pre Order confirmation page showed ‘Shipping on 19th September’ already. 👌🏼Got to go samsung stores to see the actual mystic bronze and mystic black look from previous note 20 only can decide. QUOTE(sonyclie77 @ Sep 11 2020, 01:13 PM) Thanks, bossku. Hope you get yours soon too! 🤩QUOTE(xisan @ Sep 11 2020, 09:56 PM) Ok I just Live Chat with Samsung MY rep, that confirmed pre-order from their website won't get the 1 time crack replacement as per chat below. This can be add later with their package for around RM200+ or with extra 1 year warranty around RM300+ The device does come with 1-year screen crack warranty by Samsung Malaysia, under Galaxy Z Premier service (if I am not wrong). Maybe the CS you spoke with was confused with the regular screen crack warranty for most Samsung phones. 😅[attachmentid=10584900] This one is from Urban Republic with 1 time crack replacement extra offer. Extended warranty plan also available. [attachmentid=10584901] For Senheng, just need to be a member an entitle to get the extra 1 year warranty iinm. So for now, Urban Republic is better offer than others. |

QUOTE(rickyro @ Aug 15 2021, 02:15 PM) Despite many YouTubers and review websites saying Fold3 will only have the Snapdragon variant, i think there's no official announcement from Samsung that they will not have an Exynos variant for the Fold3, right? even their launch event infographic showed 5nm processor for Fold3 and did not specifically mention Snapdragon 888. fingers crossed that Samsung would not suddenly surprise us with an 'Exynos version' for Malaysian market. QUOTE(sonyclie77 @ Aug 15 2021, 06:11 PM) Yeah, I agree with that too. Just that if you look at Singapore's official Samsung pre-order website, their Fold3 specifications clearly spell out SnapDragon 888. Meanwhile, the pre-registration site for Samsung Malaysia just mentioned 5nm processor. Very perplexing indeed, bro. |

![]() Hey guys. Just checking in to see how you guys are doing. Still loving my Fold3 after having used it since launch day. Battery life is holding up well for me around 5-6 hour SOT average and I move around a lot for work. Currently the best Android phone for me at the moment. Camera performance is very good IMHO thanks to the advanced ISP of Snapdragon 888, but of course with the exception of low light due to the smaller sensor. QUOTE(sayming @ Jun 19 2022, 02:29 AM) Anyone planning to keep the fold 3 for the long term? Scared Fold 4 release then 3 drop price immensely and becomes outdated again =( Used set market price now is about RM4,000 for 256GB Fold 3. Very terrible compared to the launch price of RM6,699 last year August. As a pre-order Fold 3 owner, I don’t really mind as the phone is still the ultimate folding Android in my opinion. 😃 |

Another 2 months or so to go for the Fold 4 launch.
Looking forward to better battery performance, and slightly wider display (for easier usage during folded mode) and flagship-level large sensor camera. |

QUOTE(180sx @ Jun 26 2022, 08:55 PM) Since the past 2 google updates, my gboard keyboard when unfolded sucks I personally prefer the stock Samsung keyboard for Fold3, especially during unfolded mode. Last time the keyboard fills the screen fully horizontally. Right now, there are some gaps on left and right side, effectively making the keyboard smaller. Hate the current layout and I can't find a way to change it back to last time. Any of u guys have similar problem? How do you solve this ah? Haven’t tried the latest update for GBoard yet which is supposed to have a proper split screen keyboard for Fold. |

QUOTE(Wildcat @ Jul 7 2022, 04:43 PM) Allo, Faulty firmware perhaps. Try restarting, or worst case do a factory reset. You bought it new or used?I just got a Flip 3 recently. Sometimes i noticed that my phone is not as snappy and checked that the power saving mode is turned on. I disabled it but after awhile I noticed it is somehow being turned on again. Battery is always above 50% so no chance that it turned on automatically due to low batt. Any idea or if anyone is having similar experience? If you bought used and if the problem can’t be solved with a factory reset, it’s possibly faulty. |
