Already initiated live chat with them 4 times.

1st - Ask me to walk in MY Samsung store to see if they will help update. I walked in and they informed cant help update if not MY set.

2nd - Asked me to use Smart Switch. Tried but says my software is up to date.

3rd- Got the same agent. Asked me to try Smart Switch again after 24 hours from last attempt. Have not tried. Think thats some bullshit advice. If Smart Switch can then i wouldve gotten the OTA already

4th - Said no other way than to walk in a Samsung SG store.
Zzz not sure whats wrong. Device not rooted or anything. All in stock condition and stuck on November 2019.
