Anybody knows how long is the free YouTube premium for?

Received my Fold3 today.
Ordered on 1st day pre-order. Arrived today. 3 days late compared to promised date.

What's the process to claim the ROI?

I don't find the invoice number in the order page nor is there any link to download the invoice.

I just realized it only works on the cover screen. Doesn't work in the bigger screen. How about you?

You wait for the ROI email with code, then go to the link and register and wait for another approval before being able to use the ROI voucher?

Just to check. Did anyone receive the ROI mail from Samsung after their blunder of sending the feedback mail asking everyone for their email address?

Lazy. Done that several times but no outcome.

Has anybody with Fold3 managed to get the screen protector (inside) exchange for free by Samsung?

That's what the service center told me a month ago - screen protector is not covered. Have to pay 180.
I just did a live chat with Samsung and they told me it's covered under care+. Which is which now?

That's the same for me in Gurney plaza. They said it's not covered by care+. But live chat agent said it should be covered. Will go over again this weekend. If they said it's not covered, I'll have them eat the sp.

Not so convenient. Besides if I try to make an appt via Samsung member app, it seems to only show me 1 location which is in Gurney. Probably there is some location checks within the app itself.

SP is not covered in Care+. The Care+ is only valid for accidental damages or water damages in which you still would have to pay RM629.
The normal/manufacturer warranty does not cover SP.
I made several calls to Samsung and Care+. Both rejects the claim for SP.
They said you could walk in to the Samsung service (not Care+ service) and request for replacement of SP. I tried in Gurney a couple of weeks back and they refused. It will be RM180 for the replacement.
Can try at eGate.

Some in this forum said they manage to get it replaced for free in eGate.
