Sigh, finally received response from Samsung after a month of escalating the missing RM 300 ROI unique code.



Basically they said I did not receive it because I opted out from their "marketing email". But to receive this RM 300 voucher code, I had to fill in the ROI form manually. Doesn't that count as being opted in to the ROI promotion and I want to receive the ROI voucher?

The best part is this:



They put everyone's email address in "TO" instead of using BCC. Now our private email addresses are exposed to everyone in the mail chain. 

And why do they ask us to send them our email address if we want them to email the voucher code? Didn't they already have it when we escalated the issue to their customer support? If they did not have our email, then how are they sending us this email?

I’m looking to replace my tablet (iPad Mini 6)  with a Fold 3 for more productive reasons.

Current Fold 3 users, how’s your unit holding up? Watched some reviews online, seems quite convincing with the improved built quality.

Also for the EPP, this can only be purchased by eligible personnels only right?
