You can go to their center to buy the care+ yourself as long as it's between 14days. And with this purchase you ended up like no EPP discount plus lose out the RM850 voucher during the pre-order. I don't see any benefit of EPP at all at this point. Samsung is really mess up.

I tried but the date of my purchase is greyed out which was 1st Sept. and hence I logged a report with their support. I did call them numerous time in between until finally they called me back a few days ago and told me EPP is not entitled to Care+. I told them there are people got their care+ even though they purchase thru. EPP. I need proof to slap their face. Really fed-up with Samsung way of doing thing. Long delay and even longer delay.

Yup, better be sure than sorry later. The official feedback I got from them is EPP is not entitled for Care+. This is no the main reason I am mad for but they kept dragging until my is expired then only came back to me is.

I just need the proof to slap them kao kao this time don't really care if I can get the Care+ or not since I change my phone yearly (might switch to Find N later,LOL). Really fed-up dealing with them.
The date greyed out not because of EPP cause when you went into the redemption form, the first thing you need to enter is the date and it was grey out for 1st Sept. and you can't proceed further with the redemption.

Update on my dispute with Samsung support. They finally get back to me and agreed to give the allowance for me to go register the Care+ within this 2 weeks even though it had already expire. They even give me a further 25% discount if I sign up the 2yrs Care+ before end of this month which around RM950. I think its a good offer.
Overall, I can only say their support sucks big time. You need to escalate the issue to their CEO only to get the dispute resolved.

Their support is good until you start to deal with them. LOL.
They delayed my complain numerous times and kept logging new reports no. for me. Worse is the reply are all the same and basically they can't do anything. Asked them to escalate to their superior also the same. Been talking to their manager twice with no result, so ended up sending complain directly to their CEO then only they will took it seriously.
I don't actually care about the free gift but just reply to me on time, don't wait until the date for Care+ registration is expired then only come and tell the customer you are not entitled for it. By that time already too late for the customer even they want to buy it themselves. What a lazy support, just imaging take more than a month to come back to you.

As long as you don't have any dispute with them, they are fine. I have been their customer since Symbian/MS Mobile era until now. They work strictly in accordance to rule rigidly, not flexible enough even the problem was due their mistake. Only when you bring to their top management attention then only they will consider your case or they will swept your case under their bureaucratic rules.

Not bending the system due to me but they are the one causing all this issue, not me. Already told them the expiry date was near and yet they asked me to keep waiting. Who's fault is this? Guess you still don't read properly....
I had 3 report numbers with me before the expiry and been telling them its gonna expired soon, they still insisted for me to wait. Then after the expiry, they just called and tell you they cannot do anything. Don't tell me you gonna take this as a proper solution until I escalate it further up.

Just watched Honor Magic V launch event. Magic V is way more practical than Z Fold 3. Will be switching to Magic V once launch over here.
Bigger outer and inner screen, less noticeable crease, better camera setup, better performance with SOC, bigger battery and faster charging. It put Z Fold to shame. It even close tightly without any gap between, thinner and lighter as well. The only con is not water resistance. And it should be cheaper than Z Fold 3.

S-Pen hardly used especially with the fragile UTG.

I actually disabled 120Hz on my Z Fold front and inner screen. Non discernible difference to me but bigger outer screen is very discernible. 120Hz deplete the already weak battery life even further.

Wanna try something new. OneUI is nothing to brag of. The differences are so minor. Some how, it even made my MySejaterah QRcode scanning become worse and harder.

Security patch might be a bit concerning but I think I can survive with it.

The major factor is the outer screen. Z Fold 3 outer screen is too slim for my liking. Very hard to type in especially with Chinese Pin-Yin.

LOL, same here. I wanna change to Honor Magic V now. Selling now will cost you to bleed like hell. I rather gave to my family member better.

120hz is very obvious when compare to 60hz. After use 120hz very hard to go back 60hz. But the Magic V 90hz also fine.

Each phone always got it own pros and cons. They is no perfect phone in the universe. ☺️

Actually, if you check out the Magic V you can see that it is a tab bit thinner compare to Z Fold fold or unfold. Plus without the dust collecting gap. And it is way more durable than Z fold. During the launch event, the presenter actually demonstrate this by dropping the phone on adult shoulder height not 1 but twice. This really sold me. Try doing this with Z Fold, I am pretty sure you will have to run to service immediately. The material toughness is second to what Iphone 13 uses.

Do not apply any 3rd party screen protector on the inner screen. The UTG is too fragile. The original screen protector is meant to flex near the hinge area when open and close. If the 3rd party screen protector is too rigid, it can damage the UTG near the hinge area when open and close too frequently.
There are already users suffering from this issue already.
