Well Samsung software is good and many things to play esp. with good lock. But vivo xf5 workbench is another level of multi tasking 😁

I didn't trade in this time bcoz i got fedup with the lowball value from past experiences and need to wait weeks to get the money transferred.

But,  from past experiences, yes, did get as what stated.

Is it worth to get the Samsung care+?

For my Fold 6, instead of having the front frame-type filmsy casing, I use thick side sticker to protect the side instead.
The filmsy case also makes the cover screen hard to type.
Anyway back to question, once you remove the sticker and just use some alcohol wipe to clean it up, the body’s surface will be good as new.

anyone install back camera lens protector? read somewhere, the 3-piece type hard to remove.. guess the 1-piece for 3 lens easy to remove?

my gf bought a unit today (28th july) from samsung , the gardens but the unit was unsealed , did a check and found out it was activated 10 days ago on (18th july). kinda surprised to see an official samsung store doing this . is this acceptable? still considering if i should just ask her to request for a new unit (she has official receipt bought on 28th )

Just done my trade in process and everything smooth and simple. Thanks Samsung ya.. 

For in case you are new with this trade in program, here refer following for the process:

1. Receive email about trade in program and from email, you need to schedule for pick up
2. An pick up agent will remind you 1 day before pick up date
3. You need to ready just phone with charging minimum 50% battery then hard reset to ensure no personal content in the phone.
4. When agent come, they just to snap full angle of your phone and test basic functions such as test camera, on/off.
5. Immediately, they will able to give you offer price and is up to you to accept or reject.
6. Once accepted, they pick up your phone and will bank in 3 working days.

Anyone managed to get the free SC+3 years yet?

Just for anyone else curious about the options available for Samsung Care for the Z Fold 7. I went to the Samsung store in The Gardens and they told me that the 3 years package for RM999 also includes accidental drop and liquid damage for the whole 3 years as this is a special promo for the new Fold and Flip models.

I called Samsung Care customer support to double confirm and they said the same thing. They said that their website got some glitch so it is not displaying the name correctly for the 3 year package and also the first option is supposed to be the 1 year package.

So can confidently purchase either package that is suitable for you.

Sad that Samsung doesn't provide the free 3 times inner screen protector replacement already, which they did for Fold 6 and earlier Folds.

I wonder how much would the cost be.

I noticed the banner was removed after 12am on 4th August, but based on T&C, it seems as long as the purchase is made by 3rd August, one is able to claim the free 3 years Care+ (while stock lasts) within 30 days.
