Just wanted to share. Managed to install SamSprung app and got it working. Now can use apps on the cover screen....just felt so cool...However, haven't figure out how to use it fully / ideally, ie which app would be useful on cover screen.

maybe you need to control the refresh rate 

I changed mine at Samsung Paragon..only took around 15mins and only cost RM89
