Same here, contacted helpline a number of times and on the 4th time they passed my details on to their "e-voucher team" and said they'll verify and send the code out to me. Its been almost 5 days since that and nothing yet as of now.

When you go to the Orders page on the website, on the right of your order will be a Track Item button. When you click on that, it goes to the DHL eCommerce site with the tracking number already inserted in the tracking number field.

Yeap, pretty inefficient. For some reason, my package went all the way from KL to Bahau when I'm in Nilai. Now its left Bahau. Doesn't make sense at all whatsoever.

Log on, go to the Orders page and when your order shows up, there's a Track Item button on the right of the order. The Track Item button only appears once the order status changes from Processing to Preparing Dispatch.

My Fold 3 and Watch 4 are on a joyride courtesy of DHL eCommerce. From Nilai, where I am, they sent it to Bahau and now from Bahau, it has to go back all the way to their KL hub to be resorted and put back in a container to Nilai again. Amazing service by DHL, looks like I won't be getting my package this weekend.

Walao, I don’t know exactly how many but as of now I’ve called them more than 10 times already about the ROI and still haven’t gotten the above email. Great! Samsung Malaysia CS sucks honestly.

I received a call from someone after multiple calls to them saying I should be receiving my ROI voucher email by the end of Oct. This was in the first week of Oct.

Well, 2 more days to go and still nothing. Samsung Malaysia is pretty shitty with their service honestly. No point PO for the extra freebies.

In the end, you don't even get it at all.
