Thinking to trade in my Fold 5 for another Fon after the warranty expired. Totally dissatisfied & disappointed with a Fold Fon. It's fun to use at first. But when bubbles start forming at the crease below the SP. I'm shocked. Only 3 months usage already got bubbles at the SP. No wonder Samsung give free 3x SP replacement. Cannot imagine what will happen if open close non stop daily day after day. Screen spoiled or ribbon will spoiled also I dunno. Also the charging speed is very very slow. Almost 1h 20mins to get from 0 to 100%. RM 5000 Fon with a 25W charger. Samsung shareholders must be laughing all the way to the bank at everyone who buys a Samsung flagship
Haha my old ass note 9 took the same time to charge full and that is with 15W only😄😆

Any Fon with at least 100W charging. The too very slow Fold 5 charger really can make my mood mad.
Bro. I'm using both a 45W & 240W charger, but Fold 5 only support 25W lol Itchy to try mediatek 9400. Reviews seems good better than 8 Elite which is called a warm chip. I still remember my S888 so warm even with a calculator app open the battery draining fast like raining

Lol . Those days sd are shitty hot chips.. throttle like no tmrw.
Qualcomm made by Samsung is like that
No such thing while using 865 in S 20 ultra
After 8 gen 1 plus by TSMC huge difference

Samsung knows they are still the king in the US because there's practically no proper competition in the Android phone market in that country, as most China-related brands are shunned there. 😌
My WhatsApp backup is around close to 40GB. When I transferred from iPhone 16 Pro Max to Fold 7, it literally took over 12 hours to do so, via cable-to-cable connection between the two phones. Bear in mind that you need to have both devices fully charged up so they wouldn't die halfway from battery depletion, or you could wireless charge them.
It's just too much hassle really, I honestly don't recommend it unless you already fixed in your mind to keep using the Fold 7 as your primary, or if you are going to sell/give away the iPhone.
Anyone tried it before? Very interesting indeed with an installation bracket.

I would always encourage everyone NOT to use hinge protector like this type. The foldable phone's hinge mechanism is very delicate and undue/extra pressure with this type of protector will probably add more stress to the mechanism. May reduce the lenght of its service life.
