I reluctant to buy at first as you can see not much improvement.

Just that Fold3 better at water resistant, camouflage inner camera (but degrade camera quality), 120hz outer screen, Spen support & improve inner screen protector (fold2 can see clearly finger smudge all over the screen)

Fold2 is still a good buy, just that don't buy a used one as if it is out of warranty and inner screen broke, you have to fork out RM2K+

I dont see any other things to buy with the ROI voucher, so i just take 4 of this. Blame Samsung, i only need 3 but it wont register the voucher if it's below RM300.

What is your purchase date? And you keyed-in SIM1 imei?

It may be has to do with 30 days of purchase to able to register the care+. Have you tried the date you received it instead? Or just adjust the date nearest to date of purchase.

Unique code you is the code you received when you ROI. Have you received it earlier?

Samsung really did a bad job on this. Like randomly ship and no list FCFS.

Approved then waiting game again. For me to get the voucher code was 20 days after they approved.

Nope i got the Care+ free when it is still in promo time. Received my phone on early Oct and straight away apply it. See my first post.

If I'm not mistaken you need to register with your imei with this link 14 days after you got the phone and within the promotion period.
It's either promotion ended or fully grab.

I got my Z Flip3 on end of September and Z Fold3 on early Oct. Both able to get the care+ and 1 ROI voucher as my Fold3 receipt until now not received. Still in Dispatched mode

Last time when I got the Care+, it shows inside the Samsung Members app. Now when I checked it's gone. So need to be sure first with other member, is theirs still shown or none? There is no other way to check care+ other than need to contact Samsung.
I'm currently on call with Samsung, asking for my Fold3 receipt and care+ too.

Oh ya I remembered 1 member same as you, it greyed out when try to register for Care+. Some EPP buyers get the phone more than 1 month. Also just remembered there is period for 1 month from the date of purchase to register, that's why it greyed out. Mine both still within 1 month period.

Samsung just confirmed to me, my care+ still there and they also wondered why it's not shown in Members app. Asked me to check in few days. Doubt it will show as it need app update. This Samsung MY everything also confused.
My receipt will be send in few days. Last 2 months called said need 5 workings day only.

If I give you my order ID & Care+ screenshots also they will pusing said the period is over and cannot do anything. That care+ special link also not working now.

Yes but some will help you buy with few hundreds fee. Cheaper than those EPP owner selling for their unit as they have it ready stock. That if you want to buy brand new set. Used set far cheaper and some only used for few days if you lucky.
