No white edge. I can take photo to show you... but .. it is not full covered. Because it cater for different case. You can see some gap that will collect dust. Need to do cleanup. But i still like it because of good quality and avoid scratch.

Anyone install hinge film (Hydrogel / PET / TPU) on Flip4 or Fold4?

I tried to install but it will not make the phone unfold easily ... stuck half way.

Please share if you managed to install good hinge film without issue and recommend one.

Egate or gurney ... you call and ask if got machine to apply or not. Last time I call they said use hand to apply... and no guarantee for no bubble. So check carefully before go.

Call samsung care+ first before you go, to ensure you are entitied to claim for SP replacement.

Not all the cards supported. Especially local bank hardly can be registered on samsung pay.

I would suggest go for fold4. I am not sure how much you save but fold4 has some advantages:-

1. Screen higher nits means brighter
2. Better processor means battery long lasting a little bit 10%
3. The front camera not easy to detect on node4.
4. Outer screen make more sense to use because wider.


If you are very careful person that seldom or never drop phone, no point to get Samsung Care+ for covering accidental warranty.
If the samsung care+ do cover standard warranty for 2nd yr, then yo may consider.

Samsung phone need s to 2 to 3 warranty for better protection.

I like flip case for Fold.

Better trying to get with seller can provide 2 to 3 yrs warranty like Senheng / SenQ. And at least Fold4 this round give 2 yrs warranty. top up with Senheng extra warranty, means 3 yrs.

Sorry to say that no one can tell the quality of screen. It will not be as solid as brick phone screen. This is soft screen but not fragile if you take good care of it.

I am not worry on accidental drop, I am more worry if let say use 2-3 yrs the got bad pixel ... then will be very bad.

I read T&C only 80 units allocated per week. This approved means only wait for lucky draw kut.

I used this on Fold3. The moment installed, immediately I take it off and sell it. Too bulky.

And I heard Fold4, spigen make it slimmer.

When you shared the story, I know 90% sure samsung service will honor the warranty. Among so many phone service center in MY, people said Samsung is the best.

Although I dont have good experience with them, I know they are still better than others. That's why I feel comfortable to own samsung.

Exactly ... Although I dont like their marketing strategy give free gifts and etc ... (prefer them sell us lower price).

But somehow they keep give the free gifts after sales. Which is nice.
