yes... that is what they said... I dont want to upset you all here... but I got experience the phone get scratched... nothing can do.

Seller take the phone use for few days also can ... this is bad samsung stupid strategy to ask them open box for warranty registration.

In fact, some seller dont do so.... not necessary actually.

Received my Flip on 14th. Was using it as my 2nd phone for a few days. Standby time was pretty good. Without using it much, it lasted 2 days ++

Commissioned it as my main phone (reset to factory default) and been using it for a week, the battery is looking very much like my previous iPhone 12 mini. I’m a light user with average daily SOT less than 2 hours. By 6pm, it still has >60% battery left. I’ve iPad and notebook for work and media consumption.

I’ve tried the battery protect functions which charges up to 85% and it seems the battery drops much faster than normal setting of 100%. I understand it starts at 85% instead of 100%. But I felt the trend of drop is much faster. Just my feeling, no scientific tests have been conducted. 

One surprising thing I found with battery on Flip.  It consumes about 1% of battery life on the Watch 4 connection.  Pretty efficient.

My use case maybe different from most 

I think Your Phone Companion is one of the big culprit draining the phone battery. OMG the battery usage.

This apps cannot put to deep sleep, the only can do is Disable Link to Windows and I also remove my phone setting at Windows.
It is a cool function but the battery usage is big no.

They said remove ads and that Flip and Fold will ship without them, yet moments after installing new update sent me notification to install McAffee. What is this cheap laptop or a premium flagship device 🤔

Hi Gurus. I have not been able to get into service menu to wipe cache. I follow the same procedures exactly. But it just starts normally. Can recommend?
