Samsung pre-order I think this is the first issue with late delivery. Usually quite fast and early before the given date.
But their management/organizer ALWAYS sucks for Early Bird Promo in launching day.
Especially for these two event; buy 1 Get another 1 for 50% off for Note 5 and first 50 to get FREE Samsung TV 50" for S20 series.
No queue up system given by them, fighting among people almost stir up, not recognizing peoples that queue early, even police bantuan cannot do anything.
What Samsung expect for first 100 buyers get the deals? Did they think only less than 100 peoples will show up? That day more 250 people came before 10am.
So much drama those day, some are forummer here too. This thing will surely happen again.

Remember one video people queued up for shoes in Pavilion? The guy at front showing the list of peoples with their number queue to those that came late. Because the late comer said it wasn't an official queue then smack the guy that holding the paper in the face.

Lucky that day fight didn't occur as there were police bantuan not far from us. Just that we had to stand up for more than 5 hours from 5am-10am to get inside. Imagine that with 150 peoples, body contacts laugh.gif
Note 5 event incident is the worst from Samsung so far. My number from 006 changed to 106 laugh.gif

Yesterday I called, changed to preparing dispatch after few seconds hanged up the phone. Today morning already on the way status but DHL still hasn't pickup the parcel yet. Maybe your color choice OOS and waiting for new batch? Mine is Cream Flip3.

Last time I PO with Samsung online store (forgot which model but few years back) late few days then official date given by them. Seeing everybody already got theirs with other retailers make me stop buying from official samsung website. But this time I had to order with them due to EPP.

Samsung should make it up by send the Fold3 earlier than 30 October as stated then I'd be glad laugh.gif

If from Samsung online store, they don't give invoice inside the package. You need to download yourself from order details page. Usually after few working days the button will be available to press.

EPP paid on 1/Sept.

ZFold3 need to wait until end of October as stated on the order details.

Wait till middle of next month see if there any changes. I PO from Apple for iMac M1, after 2 weeks got an email saying that my order is ship early. So hopefully Samsung will ship early too laugh.gif

I called them and ask them to complete my order as I already received it. If you not, maybe take weeks to complete.
3 days ago called, yesterday checked my order completed, download the e-receipt, straight away apply ROI and just now checked already approved.

You get the ROI unique code via email, need to attach when submitting it online. If you don't receive it, maybe can call them to check? They must have a database for those that ROI.

If you still haven't received your order completed email then you can use your order acknowledgement as your invoice. They will accept it when redeeming your ROI.

That's depend on the person that accepting your ROI then. I have used twice for my order acknowledgement still rejected. Reason is invoice is needed.
So just call them to press the order completed on their side, then on the bottom of your order page will have invoice to download.
Waiting for the email will take ages. By the time it arrive, the ROI e-voucher already fully redeemed.
