Question for first time fold user that bought samsung care+ with the phone, how to activate it or check? I went to members app, it ask me to buy (but I already buy 3 years).I got my phone about 3 days already.. need to wait longer?

Now 256gb available for purchase. I wondering anyone got 256gb for first day pre-order? When they shipped to you?

Good Evening Guys, I per-order from Digi, which still fall under Samsung Malaysia allowed per-order date, which entitled for the Free Samsung Care+ for existing user. but I just received my phone today I can't find the register link on the new phone. how could I claim the free Samsung Care+?

They have limit of 1k redemption.. I guess already reached hence the banner removed.. tough luck...

This look bulky and heavy. Saw this from Shopee which is thin and light. I'm considering this but bit pricey..

Yes, it's slightly bulky, but need to be thick enough to match the thickness of camera bump so that it can lay flat. Actually nicer to hold the phone with whole hand without attaching it because less weight. But good thing with magsafe is you can detach it anytime you want and the magnet is strong.

Did u guys trade in ur phone? How long until you get the payment?

Yes it's finally here. Gambled buying from EPP and waiting till last minute to claim so that coverage will be longer

But in setting, it did not reflect.

Since I also check in Samsung website to try buy Care+ it shown "already registered", so I think it is legit.
But may I know, what is the term and conditions for 3 years Csre+ ? Is it including accidentally damages ? How is the fees for each repair ?

Sorry, but I am confusing now. Even download the T&C from their website did not provide much clear info. And the T&C stated the Care+ is only 2 years maximum.

Same here, my Care+ show 2/08/2025 to 2/08/2028, support pages show : end on 31/07/2027.

I received the phone on 2/08/2025 (Celcom ships on 1/8/2025)

Based on the T&C from Samsung, it seems to be a full blown Care+ 3 year warranty, which includes:-
- accidental damage
- liquid damage
- extended warranty
- device support

Warranty start from SHIPPED DATE; not received date

The care+ also included 1 time screen protector replacement per year as what i have read the terms and conditions

Oh.. Sorry.  I should refer here trade value gap about RM 1k between F5 and F6.

I think if to really calculate depreciation will depend on how soon trade in your phone..

Fold 4 - RM 1155 + RM 500
Fold 5 - RM 1920 + RM 500
Fold 6 - RM 2985 + RM 500

My F5 bought at RM 5.5k ( after discounts but not consider free gifts ) in 2023 and after 2 years trade in with total RM 2420 whereby depreciated RM 3k in 2 years.

This is first time i heard. Samsung order cannot be cancelled even ask god to help. I made mistake, called sky and land .... they rejected my request.

So surprising they cancelled your friend order. Sure something wrong? Did your friend find out the reason? could be preorder 256G on first day?

Seems like some brand store are providing 20% discount for Fold 7 in Shopee?

Better deal than Pre-order right ?
