Just received a call from Courts Mammoth that they will deliver my Fold 3 silver today. Ordered yesterday.

Mine still stuck on awaiting handover to DHL since friday morning.

My Fold 3 and Watch 4 are on a joyride courtesy of DHL eCommerce. From Nilai, where I am, they sent it to Bahau and now from Bahau, it has to go back all the way to their KL hub to be resorted and put back in a container to Nilai again. Amazing service by DHL, looks like I won't be getting my package this weekend.

Mine just pick up by DHL tooo at 5.34pm. I wonder if DHL have delivery on Sunday or need to wait till Monday to receive it.

Received SMS from DHL eCommerce this morning at 8am, my phone is out for delivery now

mine processed at delivery facility, hope can receive it today 

look out for maybe around 7pm. If you have received the SMS there should be the delivery guys number there. My case also, out since 10.30am but only receive late evening 7.30pm.

I believe they will give the ROI Voucher in the email regardless whether you made a preorder or not.

That's why they asked for the phone IMEI & Invoice number during redemption to verify whether you purchased a phone or not.

Also, the redemption is limited to the first 7500.

Speaking of compensation, I did not receive my RM 300 ROI voucher either even after I escalated it to them 5 times. I asked if I will be compensated if I missed out on the ROI redemption due to their delay (there's a limit of 7500 redemption) and they told me no compensation. 

I would understand if they reject my redemption due to a delay on my end to redeem the voucher but in this case, it's not my fault. This is ridiculous, I feel like I'm being "punished" for their delay which is out of my control.

If they won't provide any compensation due to their delay in sending me the ROI voucher, I doubt they will provide any compensation for the delay in phone delivery.
If you buy from Samsung Online Store, you can find the invoice on the order page after the order's status has changed to "Delivered".

If you're applying for the RM300 ROI, just use the order page. Mine got approved using the order page, and the status is still under dispatched/on the way.
