Called SES Sunway Pyramid, apparently they have received the parcels but still sorting them out, earliest later tonight but tomorrow will be a higher probability.

I do face similar issue with this Slim Spen case, the Spen easily fall out form it holder.
initially i thought i did not put in correctly, but in fact the Spen can be rotated by our finger while hold the Fold 5 in unfolded mode.
i feel like the slot holding the pen is not tight enough, it can easily be rotated while is sitting in the slot.

Correct, when is unfolded, our fingers rest nicely on the ledge of the spen line...
and tend to fiddle it, then the SPen started to rattle then somehow it rotated to sideway and fall off.

when purposely try to rotate it , it cant be done. which is strange.

i just dropped my flip5 on the ceramic floor from a plastic folding table height

it landed on the cover screen and surprisingly..there was no cracked or scratches..

i didnt put on a case

get a case cuz the phone is slippery as hell

samsung asked me choose between cream and black jer 

i mean the sides are slippery..not just the back..

Just the sides are matte. The back is still glass.
