I didnt click on any voucher and now want to replace SP .. no more... Really dissapointed.. why want customer to click banner only can claim. Make it by default warranty claim mah ... sigh  I am checking if anyone still can see the banner, share the link and I will try to click. |

The banner followed your phone warranty period. Once warranty period over the banner will also be gone for My Voucher.

Hey guys, need some help. I bought a brand new sealed fold 6, when unbox and activated the phone. I couldn’t check the phone warranty, I went into Samsung member but it didn’t state either. As far as I remember, I should be able to see details like given 30 days to register Samsung care+ and also the warranty info. Or do I need to wait a few days for those info to prompt up?

If you bought Samsung Care+ and want to know the end date it will be covered, you can check through - setting - about phone. (at the bottom)When I bought the phone it was a lucky draw hence doesn’t have a receipt.. Any idea what can I do? |

The 3x SP banner you need to tap it to activate it else it will disappear. This is how Samsung do business
