For this, go to your ordr page. If the status changed to delivered, there should be a button that says download invoice. From there you could just attach the pdf files.

However, if your status stuck at dispatched, you need to mail to my_shop@samsung.com your order number and tell them you want invoice. Takes 1-3 business days

In that time you will get an e-mail saying that they noted on your requests and will personally email it to you. DON'T PERCAYA THIS. Instead, I went back at the order page and my status already changes, hence unlocking the invoice in its digital copy.

For me, i called them to complete my order so that the invoice will be generated at order page. You can download there and attach to claim the ROI evoucher.

Either call Samsung and ask them to change your order status to delivered. Once status change another email will come together with the invoice.

Or use your Order Acknowledgement as you invoice. Put into Pdf if the order acknowledgement to long.

I noticed that the battery performance is not as great compared to the previous software version. My SOT now is only 4-5 hours, previously is 5-6 hours.

- phone arrived
- register your ROI unique code with your phone purchased details such as imei, date of purchase and your sale invoice.
- wait for ROI redeeming approve or not. If not approve can resubmit till approved.
- once approved need to wait 14 days for 'god knows what' samsung will give us. So far this last step nobody receive anything or any news yet.

We submitted on 15th Sept and approved too till no news from them too..hehehehe
