Just eat balance diet, do not consume extra lot on anything that u heard good for mother n baby, do periodically checkup by ur dr will be fine.

stay focus and not to panic, do some light walking around, drink more fluid will do

Congrats to both of you!

1. Just remember to intake folic acid everyday! Folic acid is very very important.

2. If your wife experiencing nausea, dont drink milk.

3. Pregnant lady will easily got pregnancy diabetes during the period, avoid high sugar intake, high carbs.

4. Late semester might experience leg cramp, some say intake enough of calcium will do.

5. Remember buy anti-stretch marks oil/cream for your wife to sapu on her belly! Other than the stretch mark issue, its also very itchy when it grow bigger. Whole body may experience itchiness as well.

6. Fetus growing too big may need c-sec / difficulty delivery for natural, so need to control a bit for late semester.
