Turns out I can’t access the MyMaxis app on maxis fiber network( mobile data is working just fine)

maxis, any solution to this problem?

Already tried rebooting the router, modem, phone and reinstall the maxis app

My house wifi ISP is Maxis fibre(Astro IPTV), Maxis FFTH(maxis Infra)

Hi MyMaxis app is not applicable to Astro IPTV service.
Should you want to log in to your Maxis mobile service account, kindly PM us your details for onwards checking.
