Looked like Neutral Muji theme. I have studied a lot of TMOG renovated units and yes, they are very much replicated from their “catalogs” but my brother vouched for their workmanship and experience. I did explore a couple of other offerings but ultimately I ended with them - main reason is the EPP option up to 24m with the some strong recommendation from people around me.
