what is the ingame latency? mine is usually 20+, but today it jumped to 90-140ms, anyone have the same problem?

im having problem with maxis home fiber...its so hard to connect to game.. and constant dc..using the 300mbps..and it original router..any idea? how can i do port forward for this router ?
