I only need it to watch 4K Netflix, YouTube and Astro Ultra Box. Play Switch on it as well. Hopefully durable and can last for few years...

Is X80H still a good buy? Due to space limitation, I can only get 55" and X90H is above my budget. My budget is around 3k only. Does anyone have news when A80J will be released in Malaysia? Anyway, I don't think it will fit my budget.

QUOTE(-oc-gassa @ Apr 8 2021, 12:38 PM) if picture/display quality is not the most important thing when u turned on the TV.. then take X80H.... Actually PQ is important for me but I guess beggars can't be choosers. if by the time u turned on the TV then your eyes searched for well balanced color preproduction X90H... as for screen tearing X90H pretty much minimize it neatly pretty much better then normal LED TV.... still can't beat OLED in other words.... if u are no too picky about the display quality.. chose X80H I guess X80H's image quality is still acceptable right? |

QUOTE(aplio500 @ Apr 8 2021, 03:52 PM) Noted. Luckily I still have time to think about it, may need it only after 2 months after my house is fully renovated.Hopefully by then price will drop. QUOTE(shinchan^^ @ Apr 8 2021, 03:57 PM) Oh, so you are using X80H? How is it? |

QUOTE(sakrayguy @ Apr 9 2021, 09:10 AM) Hmm still on the fence to buy rm3899 x90h on shopee or not. Wanna wait next model but it will be expensive as heck. Same here. Already added into my cart. QUOTE(Maknusia @ Apr 9 2021, 10:08 AM) As some of them which was highlighted by others, further, X90h has VA panel, better contrast, local dimming (full array), darker scene is much much better instead of gray, better motion response, eARC, Dolby Atmos, better refresh rate, hahaha, thats all I could remember now, but worth it la for a 1k difference. Buying a TV for RM 4K never crosses my mind at all. I will need it in 2 months later and hopefully by then price will drop a bit to justify X90H. |

QUOTE(-oc-gassa @ Apr 12 2021, 11:09 AM) last time i bought hisense just for size & value for money.. now buy sony coz of quality picture.... that i can tell is very obvious (last week observation)... my family house bought new hisense 55" 4K...compared to Sony X90H (double the price).. just YouTube UI (grey and red logo) already make massive different in term of color reproduction... upon view certain video I watch(previously on X90H)... can tell the different(even simple vlog video).. so if u willing to add RM1K ± just to get better picture quality (like me, hehe) which I'm satisfied paying for. I think I may go for X90H and get 0% 6 months or 12 months installment plan. The thing is the price is not competitive, only two shops selling online for RM 3899 and unfortunately that's the cheapest so far. |

QUOTE(Kahlamx @ Apr 12 2021, 11:24 AM) When I made the purchase the price online was RM3849 as well. Online and retail store prices are different. YSL also no stock... I actually showed them a Lazada list (YSL) to ask them to price match to RM3599 and they would not allow. They said RM3699 the best price. LOL. I will wait till my house is done with renovation and about to move in only buy one. I have bought TV bracket already, will the people help me to install? I guess I will need to pay for it. |

QUOTE(Kahlamx @ Apr 12 2021, 11:29 AM) RM3699 only table installation. Bracket installation definitely extra cost. Yeah, I reckoned so since the TV is heavy. This price only comes with standard 2 years warranty. If you want to get 2+3 from TBM its RM599. If you get from Sony after the purchase its: Thank you for your email to Sony Malaysia. Based on the product information that you have provided in the previous email, please be Informed that the (SEW) price range for your product is within RM4,001 – RM5,000 hence you may refer to the below breakdown for extended warranty package price. For 2 + 1 Years = RM370.00 For 2 + 2 Years = RM510.00 For 2 + 3 Years = RM660.00 Noted on the standard warranty. |

QUOTE(Kahlamx @ Apr 23 2021, 02:51 PM) Not too sure. Sifu Convael would have more info. Merchants are clearing stocks anyways. 55" X90H is a bit hard to find already. Almost doesn't exist anymore, 55" X90H. I cannot buy now as I don't have place to keep and waste my warranty period. I hope two months later, I can find them again. Otherwise, I will go for X80H then... |

QUOTE(Maknusia @ Apr 26 2021, 09:38 AM) A8H is definitely has better picture quality, tutup mata boleh beli, if one has the budget I wonder which shop in Seremban that you bought from? I'm from Seremban and if I cannot get it online later, then I will need to check out physical stores.Nowadays, doesnt really matter, if its bought outstation, since support is from the service Center, hardly shops provides any support. I bought mine from Seremban as well. Enjoy your TV! |

X90J is using Google TV, how does it fare against X90H's Sony Android TV? In term of apps capability?
