I experience this today. With Netflix. After restart seems back to normal. I notice android tv needs restart quite regularly else will have issue like slow internet speed or apps don't want to start properly or now some weird horizontal lines.

I wonder if this is due to an unstable voltage. Is this TV plug in to the wall or surge protector? Most of the people either restart or unplug and turn off the tv. It seems to solve the problem.

Nothing change since I begin to use the tv until now. Hopefully this is fix after restart. I can live with it if it's not persistently an issue.

Yeah from what I read seems like its a common thing. Even smartphones need to restart sometimes.

It depends on your sound system though

I disagree my Toshiba android led almost 9 yrs now still working well although I'm pairing it with atv box since day 1

I am using Bose Lifestyle system currently but the one I have doesn’t support 4K so I will have to use optical audio for now, apparently some TVs only do 2.0 on optical out, idk.

If u use passthrough it will pass as is. If it's 5.1 coming from source of course. If source is 2.0 nothing will change

page 7, optical out supports dolby audio and DTS. If the source coming is 5.1 then it should be 5.1.

Try to unplug the TV and examine whether there's a burn mark on the plug 🔌 . I have notice this on my tv plug and change them to individual plug point. Probably because using extension caused some interference to the tv. After that the problem stop.

Hi guys, I just placed an order for a unit of 65" Sony A8H and has requested for wall mount and installation.

They told me the wall mount bracket will be the 'universal' type. Does it mean it will NOT be a full motion wall mount?

Thanks in advance for any comment.

In the end i required to top up a few hundreds for a full motion wall-mount, Homestar HLP-5090.

Installation on going:

Now don't you dare telling my wife.....

Btw I opted for 2+3 years extended warranty with full motion wall-mount + installation.

Some sellers in Shopee were selling it cheaper but majority of them were outstation. I reckoned that after sales service might be an issue in future. Hence I opted to procure it locally.

I was initially considering X90H as any upgrade was far more better than my current TV but after comparing it side by side with A8H, I bit the bullet.

A8H is definitely has better picture quality, tutup mata boleh beli, if one has the budget thumbup.gif

Nowadays, doesnt really matter, if its bought outstation, since support is from the service Center, hardly shops provides any support.

I bought mine from Seremban as well.

Enjoy your TV!

I wonder which shop in Seremban that you bought from? I'm from Seremban and if I cannot get it online later, then I will need to check out physical stores.

Hi guys. Wondering any experts here can provide some input, since I'm a total newb when it comes to these TV audio stuff.

I have a older model Sony Kd55x7000f and it does not support dolby atmos based on my checking. Was wondering if I get a soundbar that has dolby atmos (for example : HT-x8500) would I be able to enjoy the dolby atmos function on the soundbar? Since the TV doesn't support dolby atmos.

I did a research and there's one article that says this can be done. But I'm not 100% convinced so would appreciate any input from experienced people here, if any.

Or do I just get a soundbar that doesn't support dolby atmos like the HT-S350?
