Based on affordability and expertise I was looking at LBS Bina propterties. Due to the Covid-19 issues, cost has become as equally an important factor as location.

Does anyone have experiences with the LBS BINA mid range housing and condos?

Can't seem to find much information on other forums. Or any recommendations for other affordable housing investments?

Sometimes having too many to choose from can be rather confusing haha.
