How is it like?

i was rather trying to get the people's experience with the provider than their benefits which is as shown and promoted.
How is the processing of claims?
What about their panel of medical centres?
What's their level of customer service?

They are giving very attractive rates. As usual that brings a red flag. Therefore the experience with them may be valuable before taking the plunge.
