Dear all,
I would really appreciate your advice:
Last September, I ordered 8 cartridges for my Canon Photoprinter (almost 800 RM in total) with "Master Distribution Solution", a web shop based in KL and apparently specialized in ink.
After having paid, the company did not act at all. Then, after several attempts to deliver the goods, they finally supplied. Unfortunately, these cartridges were up to 4 years over the expiry date. After contacting them again, they picked up the expired goods and admitted they would not be able to supply cartridges with a reasonable shelf life. Therefore, we agreed on a refund.
Unfortunately, this refund until today (over half a year later) did not happen despite numerous times contacting them and receiving vague responses.
I have two questions:
* How do I handle such a case? Any chance the police will act on this, as I think it is a clear example of internet fraud? Any other suggested way?
* Anybody else bad experiences with this company? I can imagine they did the same to other clients.
Thanks for your help,
Mark
