Hi all, is maxis home fibre able to transfer ownership to void penalty fee??
If anyone from Penang island want to transfer 30mbps maxis fibre kindly let me know. Thank you. Please let me know the contract date as well.

I have maxis home 30mbps. monthly is RM94.35 including SST, contract is until Nov2020. But, is maxis home fibre can transfer ownership? As I read in their T&C, cannot transfer ownership. by the way, I'm in KL.

Perhaps need to contact to maxis for further discussions.
I think should be OK to transfer ownership. But what if the contract finish already, is it same possible can to transfer ownership too?

I plan want to get maxis home fiber from somebody else because I don't want to tied so long time plus fiber is NOT 100% fully coverage in nationwide Malaysia. but It's OK for me for your contract since it's until Nov this year.

Your 300Mbps is what speed?

Better clarify if there's penalty for doing so. I just transfer my sister oku account to under me since no more oku discount. Not under any contract though.

good news. i just ask them, so it can transfer ownership. so who want my maxis fiber? contract till Nov2020. equipment all in good condition since i just keep maxis router in box, i used my asus router. telephone also never use, keep in box.

I start subscribe on Nov2017. it should be 2years, so if 2years contract, it should end on Nov2020.

Had anyone done the contract ownership transfer? Does Maxis really allow ownership transfer without resetting the contract?

It seems that even under same owner, relocation requires contract to be reset. Quoted from Maxis website:
"Any relocation will be subject to the Service(s) coverage area and a recontracting of your fibre plans will be enforced."

Thanks. My doubt is specific to ownership transfer rather than service termination.

Hi there, I’m currently subscribing Maxis Fibre 30 Mbps (the maximum coverage in my previous place), commencing date end Aug’21 (11 months into commitment period of 2 years). As I’m moving out and my upcoming rental covers wifi, I’m looking for someone to take over the subscription. Are you still looking for one?
