Rawang: Sagarena Sdn Bhd, terus menyusun langkah dalam pembangunan terbaharunya di Kundang, Selangor membabitkan kedai pejabat dan pasar raya, sekali gus menjadi hab kepada perniagaan dinamik, sejajar dengan keperluan industri setempat yang pelbagai. Pengarah Eksekutif dan Pemegang Saham Sagarena, Darshan R berkata, projek dibangunkan di Jalan Kampung Baru, Sri Kundang, Rawang itu bakal menjadi hab penempatan dan komersial terkemuka di Selangor kelak. Katanya, nilai pembangunan kasar (GDV) bagi projek yang membabitkan tiga fasa itu berjumlah RM222 juta. "Fasa satu pembangunan membabitkan sebanyak 46 unit kedai pejabat dua tingkat di atas tanah seluas 0.62 hektar, fasa kedua pula adalah pembinaan pasar raya Econsave seluas 0.97 hektar dan fasa ketiga akan dibangunkan bagi projek akan datang membabitkan tanah seluas 1.21 hektar. "Bagi projek fasa satu dan kedua dijangka siap menjelang 2024 dan proses pembinaan sudah berjalan. Kami komited dalam pembangunan mampan yang menyediakan kemudahan lengkap yang seimbang supaya tidak meminggirkan penduduk. "Perancangan pembangunan kami antara usaha memperluaskan portfolio dalam segmen premis perniagaan menerusi pembinaan kedai pejabat dan pasar raya," katanya di majlis Pecah Tanah dan Perasmian 46 unit kedai serta pejabat antara Sagarena dan Econsave, baru-baru ini. Darshan berkata, dengan pertumbuhan pembangunan bercampur di kawasan itu, ia dapat membantu meningkatkan industri komersial di kawasan sekitar. Menurutnya, projek ini juga akan menjadi hab komersial kepada kira-kira 152,000 penduduk di sekitar kawasan Kundang. Pusat Perniagaan Kundang ini akan menjadi akses utama dalam urusan harian penduduk setempat malah bakal menjadi hentian kepada orang awam dari luar Kundang berikutan pusat perniagaan ini terletak kira-kira 1.5 kilometer (km) dari lebuh raya. and why scientex homebuyers not yet create own security guard and fences ? |

Went there last week. I see A LOT houses.. High density area eventhough landed? Road quite narrow.. Parking will be an issue especially each house tagged with 2-3 cars? soulred777 liked this post
