yes, i saw that one too. the unit still look nice. but compare with kundang jaya 2 storey different almost 100-150k. and need to fork out some money. unlike scientex KJ, just pay booking fees. maybe i will look into it if got phase 2 for azalea. saw at their website, most probably have phase 2, but i guess they wait for GG to finish 1st and sold phase 2 around 700-800k. 

have u been to GG? the township is very nice. if have 600-700k, i would say go for it. the main concern is their maintenance fees quite high. 30cent per sqf. and leasehold. 

Developer yang sama bagi unit Azaleahomes masih mempunyai bank land di hadapan Azaleahomes. Antara sebab saya beli rumah di kawasn ini kerana saya percaya satu hari nanti kawasan ini akan maju. Kalau kita lihat, di kawasan ini terdapat banyak tanah-tanah kosong yang dimiliki oleh developer-developer ternama antaranya Sime darby (berdekatan KTM Kuang), Tan & Tan development (pemaju sierramas), kumpulan hartanah selangor, Mahsing an so on.

Ask them 409 is before or after discount
If before yes
If after then can find another house :-)

Worth it if you want to used all d storey which is 3
But if you are ok with 2 storey i prefer go to house with dimensions 22x70 with d same amount 4xx :-)
