Ask them 409 is before or after discount

Worth it if you want to used all d storey which is 3 But if you are ok with 2 storey i prefer go to house with dimensions 22x70 with d same amount 4xx :-) Dikme liked this post

They are opening the Phase 2 of Scientex Kundang Jaya. You guys may ask them directly at the show-house on its quality. Go check out on FB. Most of the complaints are from latest scientex projects. Dikme liked this post

HI, I am planning to buy Scientex Kundang 3 floor. Price is around 39*k .
Actually planned to buy 2 storey. But their price is not fixed yet and it ll be finished in 2023. Will there be any resale value if I am going to sell after few years, incase & location, is it mixed community ? Found Indians more and a temple nearby .. So, Should I proceed to this ? . Also, Anyone looking for referal fee sharing , welcome |
