For what purpose? If you just need someone to snap here and there unprofessionally, then RM300 is more than enough. If you want nicer/more professional to take for real estate sale, then maybe higher.

It's more of real estate purpose, to take picture of the interior / exterior and upload it to websites like myproperty, etc. Higher as in maybe 500-700 ? And all these is it per picture or ?

Like take using tilt shift wide angle type of professional? Need to edit in Photoshop? Most photos on Property Guru looks plain as if taken with phone or amateur photographer. My suggest is to your money and just take with phone.

Ahh ok, so assuming if it's a freelancer and just take plainly with dslr, and edit with photoshop, charge around 250-300 is a fair price for per picture price ?

Whole job. May need to pay for transport e.g. Grab. Do specify what needs to be taken and your expectations especially how many photos.

U guys do know its not just snapping pictures right. If u snap photo of properties meaning u need it to sell. Meaning good sharp pictures (expensive camera gear), photoshopping to remove dirt on the wall, white balance, frame adjustment, consultation with client which photo to use, not to mention travel and meal allowance. If just snapping photo that simple, owner can do himself.

Photos on property websites aren't shot very professionally. Most are shot by the agents themselves lol. If TS want very professional (i.e. photographer using tilt-shift lens), then TS must be prepared to pay RM1000+ for one session.

Have u tried looking between ur phone screen vs computer monitor and tell me if u can spot the slight white balance off. Or if u can accurately replicate the white wall tone on monitor? Of coz if u OK with any white, then owner can save money. This post has been edited by TrialGone: Mar 9 2020, 06:03 PM

If you want to be 100% perfect, go hire cinematographer to do colour grading while you're at it. Who cares whether the picture is slightly cooler or warmer? Heck even most phone cameras can correct white balance accurately. Are you saying the photographer needs to own a grey card too?

Errrr.... sorry you don't sound like you know photography at all if u suddenly talk about cinematographer, lol. Anyway gonna end this cause I'm not gonna argue such basic stuff.

Anyway gonna end this cause I'm not gonna argue such basic stuff. Because you kept complaining about the colour, while balance, etc. FYI, I self-taught myself, photography and videography. Yes, so I would say I have some experience with Ps, Lr and Pr. I even made posters with Ai, used Ae and colour graded a video using DaVinci Resolve.
