official apple stores, not resellers can do 1-1 replacement.

I never bother purchasing from resellers because I know the fact they will push and drag the problems.

If any worst-case scenario I'll ship the laptop to Singapore or Hong Kong to get a replacement or fix.

i7, 64GB ram and the 10Gbps ethernet I have the pervious gen top-spec mini, too slow for day to day use, repurposed it as a media server and VPN gateway.

I say so many software it dint support, even though i have macbook, and my daily working task required a specific software to install.

You know what? They asked me to send it back and they give me full refund after that.

Without even need togo to the support center, all just trough phone. But they say that is my first and last time they can offer product return and refund.

Also contrary to what people believe, I very much enjoy working on a Mac instead of a Windows laptop. Just because they have equivalent specs does not mean they're equally good. MacBook's mousepad is a god's cum. The ability to switch between screens and apps is so much better than Windows.

Long gone are the days when my Windows decided to freeze for god knows what reasons. It's also an amazing laptop if you're using iPhone. Everything is synced up nicely.

I'm also a windows user FYI. I have a pretty solid desktop which I stopped using long ago because I gave up on gaming.
