I buy my iphone, macbook, and even imac trough apple website.

After 5 days of used i feels it suck, i call apple support, they foward me to apple singapore, they say why u dont like it..

I say so many software it dint support, even though i have macbook, and my daily working task required a specific software to install.

You know what? They asked me to send it back and they give me full refund after that.

Without even need togo to the support center, all just trough phone. But they say that is my first and last time they can offer product return and refund.

if you go for expensive offering from the like of dell and lenovo, you will get access to premium support (24x7 call support) and onsite service (expedite if topup more money for warranty plan), while the cheaper one you need to carry in the laptop to the service center.

Nowadays mana ada 1 on 1 exchange for barang mahal. Even UK Apple store iPhone je 1 on 1 exchange. That's why I buy barang harga patut saja. If broken I can buy another in an emergency.
