Wah...what did you deduct until the taxable income became so low? That is like under RM7k per year. PCB is based on your monthly taxable income. There is a guideline and calculation method, so very hard to change...

got PCB means your HR auto submit liao..you cant do shit unless you kaotim the HR or her/his dotter..then maybe he can do something for u

but if kena tangkap, prepare to have one of you masok lokap

to do amendments, you need to print out the form you submitted. then on the printed form, you do the correction using black ball pen (important), and redo all the calculations manually. make sure u put your initial on all the corrections you made.
then you submit it to lhdn office (don't email) along with photostat ic

50 .. if you declare 45 then minus again your net only 40

and i don't see that option in the BE-form for 2 employment

i think that there's a form to be filled-up,
probably you can approach your HR Payroll to check.

basically it's like this :

- HR payroll calculates your PCB as-is basis (without the facts of you having xx kids, etc.)
- that's the reason why your PCB is so high.
- cukai terlebih bayar end up in high value.

- fill-up form, HR payroll submit and your PCB should be reduced to reflect your actual
claiming later.

there's also a PCB calculator in the ezhasil page but i've never used it before.

anyways, i treat my cukai terlebih bayar as some sort of an interim bonus.
(though RM11k is better spent elsewhere for you of course).
