dear all,

last 2 year i purchase sub sales house with cimb bank + they laywer.

est lawyer cost around 8k already paid 5k... when i checking iwk bill.. still have outstanding payment 4k.. and previous owner never paid it before.. the problem is .. lawyer already reimburse all money to the seller .. i already email many time and the answer still same ... they will ask seller to pay that bill.. but seller will never pay that bill because the seller got serious debt with few ppl and ah long..

i tried to deal with lawyer .. balance payment for lawyer i will use to pay the iwk bill.. but lawyer never agree .. tried to call cimb and make complain they panel lawyer... and cimb also said many client also got some problem with this lawyer and cimb already blacklist them..

what agency can i make complain to get the money back or to settle this problem??? i believe that lawyer still dint finish the documentation on changing my name in Geran and other thing

1. Find another lawyer.
2. Instruct lawyer to report to State Bar Committee under s99 LPA 76
3. DB + DC carry out investigation
4. Wait for results.

Disciplinary board, who would appoint a disciplinary committee for you.

Just go to a reputable lawyer in your state. They'll know what to do.
