How do I reset the parental controls in a Nintendo 3ds XL (old version)? I won it at an office party and it's actually old stock from my colleague's store. The problem is a former employee at the store (like 5 years ago) tested it at home and set up parental controls on the device and I have no way of disabling it. I've asked my colleague and he doesn't know how to contact that employee now. I got the inquiry number for the device but it doesn't work on the nintendo website since I'm not a US citizen. I can't find a nintendo helpline that serves malaysia.
Any advice is appreciated

issue has been resolved. I had to go into chat support under nintendo switch because the 3ds one just directs me to a phone number which I can't call.
