 Selling a condo with multiple agent?

So i have a condo that i want to sell already. This is the first time im selling a property, and just FYI i dont own multiple house, just 1 only. I will be meeting with one property agent tomorrow to see how he will market my condo and i want to hear his proposal on how he will try and market my house online and try to find suitable buyer. Here is my dilemma. I was told to find as MANY property agent as possible to market my house as you will increase your chance of getting a serious buyer. Is this "getting as many property agent" as possible necessary? Most of them will use the same platform like iproperty, propertyguru, and mudah to so called market my house. If i get so many agents, that means i need to duplicate many keys and pass to the agent so they can bring in potential buyer to view my unit. I am thinking i should get a max of 5 agents to market my condo. For the house security pass, that i will not pass to them as i believe they will know how to get into the condo and to my unit somehow (correct?).

Also, these property agent usually take 2% cut from the selling price right? I was told also if they ask 3% you can ask them go fly kite and find someone else, true enough? Sorry as i dont know much as never sell house before and this is my first time. If anyone can shed some light into this please do so. Thanks in advance!

Using multiple agents end up your unit is used as showflat only? Then they bring buyer to elsewhere?
