1. is point of entry water filter possible to install ? where ?
2. can put washing machine at balcony? it is designed place to put aircond compressor
3. can put cooker at yard?
4. can install window at yard?

i checked agreement, no mention yard, only balcony cant put clothes

dont think they allow you to hack the wall to install water tab all the way from Kitchen/toilet to your balcony. most condo is using shear wall
