Anyone please help me? icon_question.gif I don't know where to put this but because it's network card related.. maybe hardware? (Please move it if it doesn't belong here, thanks)

You see i have this really strange problem. It seems that my ethernet card can't seem to actually detect the cable already being connected to the modem. And the card doesn't look like faulty, because windows still able to detect it and can reinstall it back whenever i choose to reinstall it and that there is no yellow triangle "!" at the device manager.

So i'm stumped. What's wrong? If it's got something to do with the ethernet cable wire connected to my modem, i've changed it 3 times since i have 3 spare others. Still same. Modem is still fresh/brand new.

Come to think of it for the past few months while it's still connected to my burnt modem (used usb modem as a spare at that time), it shows as network cable connected. Then all of a sudden it'll go network cable unplugged, back to connected, unplug, connect, unplug. Then keeps being unplug even though the cable is securely attached.

Just this morning it also does the same, unplug then plug for 1 sec then unplug back. rclxub.gif

If anyone can help, please tell me what's wrong? Is it the network card? Or other? If it's network card i can just go change it but if it's not... rclxub.gif

Thank you.
