I came across quite a few of job ads requirements that says "candidates must possess at least one year of working experience in related field" but at the same time also "fresh graduates are encouraged to apply"??
Which one actually? And when they say fresh graduate are encouraged to apply meaning training provided or what? Easy to apply? Low pay?

Just apply.
It cost nothing to apply.
Whether they call u for an interview or not, is another matter.

Apply first. Dont have to be so technical about it. When go for interview then ask all your queries.

I would say if you are a fresh grad but then still have the expertise.
