Hey guys,

So around the start of February I ordered some magazines from a UK website. They said that they sent it the next day through Royal Mail, but without a tracking number. They didnt have another option for shipping so I didnt know it wouldn't come with a tracking number.

So my question is who do I contact to know where my package is? I already asked the UK people, they just said to wait. Or does anyone know which local delivery service might be handling the delivery here in Malaysia?

Any info would be helpful thanks.

i ordered mine and they posted via royal mail, takes 3 weeks to reach me..lol

i received it from pos malaysia

Thanks for the reply. Btw the thing is I dont think the UK people asked me my mobile number during the checkout process, so should I go to pos Malaysia and ask them if they have a package for me or is there another way they can contact me, like email?

err..even if you go to Pos Msia, they cant track your parcel, they will process it as usual like the rest of our daily mails

i'm not putting hope to receive my parcel n take it as missing u will feel better

I have parcels sent from uk using forwarding company and usually get it within 2 weeks. Your item may have been stopped by custom. I would complain to your UK shop and ask them to check.

Maybe ask forwarding company to send next time. I usually send few items to make it worth while. The one i used is called forwardvia and ithink their website is here https://forwardvia.com/
