i m here with the same reason. The first time payment which was two weeks ago was fine.. took about 2-3 days to reflect..
but the subsequent payment which was make on 2/4, yet to be reflected in SSPN acc. Whatsapp Customer Serivce, their reply is
'payment will be reflected once you get email from PTPTN'

payment made to SSPN on 1/4 and 2/4 remained not reflected in the SSPN account.. already more than a week.. however browse on SSPN discussion found that it should be SSPN problem.
