just now tried 400x8 @1.450V, successfully boot, later wanted to see how high my CPU FSB can go... lowering the CPU Multiplier to x7 and only can boot @410, does this mean already hit the wall?

ok... earlier this evening, tried on 400x6 (lowest multiplier), same setting as i used on 400x8 (stock multiplier), successfully booted, increasing to 405x6, booted... raised again to 410x6, booted, raised up again to 415...
