The BSEL mod enables 1066MHz FSB for many of the Core architecture processors, including E2xxx, E4xxx and even the innocent Celerons 4xx.
And this mod is good for non-overclocking boards. But take note that certain boards actually refuse to change FSB with this modded processor. And also, you can even push (maybe) to 333MHz FSB with the mod with motherboards with very limited overclocking capabilities.
First thing first - if you have the patience, you can do the manual approach - make a teeny weeny wire and a teeny weeny cellotape and paste this bent U-shaped wire shorting the specific contacts as according to the overclocking instructions (go search for it).
Or if you have a conductive paint (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) or if you are even brave enough to solder it (NOT RECOMMENDED), you'll cut the time of shorting the contacts.
