maybe I am asking stupid question but hope you all could help me

I am thinking of buying e21xx to overclock. I am not demanding high overlock.

I think based on stock cooling and normal vcore, I saw before it can go up to around 2.67ghz (or 3ghz if i am wrong) but I will be happy if can overclock to 2.6ghz around there.

My question is can I use any motherboard that support core 2 duo to overclock to those GHzs? I am very confuse with all those 945s....965s....G31....P31....P35...

I have limited money so I hope to spend as little money on motherboard. Hope you all can advise me what is best to get for price/performance ratio.

Also I have a Tagan TG380-UO1 380W power supply...can I use that to overclock?

And also the 3rd question is ...memory...need any special memory to overclock? (as mentioned don't need to overclock very high because limited money)

After doing some search on internet, I thinking of getting those G31 bcoz they have built-in graphic ...are those G31 as capable as P35( in terms of overclocking)?

Those G31 have INTEL GMA 3100 on-board graphic ..are those capable playing 3d games? (mostly mmorpgs like perfect world ..world of warcraft...those kind ..or maybe normal 3d games also )

I know abit off topic ...but hope could get a answer

I see from the gigabyte website...both GA-P35-DS3L(no onboard graphic) and GA-G31M-S2L(with onboard graphic) can support up to 1333Mhz FSB. So can they both overclock up to the same GHZ?

I thinking of getting GA-G31M-S2L because it's cheaper and I do not want to get a graphic card right now but I worry it cannot overclock as high as the other.

Any people have experience on this boards especially GA-G31M-S2L or other motherboard brand using G31 ...can advise on this?
