If you want to pair your E21xx for a good OC, Gigabyte is your best bet. Don't ask me why because I can't seem to figure out why the other too doesn't do well with the E21xx The love C2D's though. For IP35 Pro,try increase NB,increase FSB voltage to 1.49v.
